FulaFlex 620 Hybrid Polymer Sealant

FulaFlex™ 620™ is a high performance, solvent free, moisture curing hybrid polymer construction sealant that provides a non-hazardous alternative to traditional polyurethane construction sealants. It cures to form a seal that is tough, elastic and weatherproof with good chemical resistance. FulaFlex™ 620™ is a low modulus product ideal for sealing joints where high joint movement is anticipated.

• Isocyanate and solvent free
• Permanently flexible; ±25% joint movement capability (ISO 11600 Type F, Class 25, Subclass LM)
• UV and weather resistant - will not yellow (tested to 3000hrs QUV-B according to ISO 4892-3, CYCLE 2)
• Excellent long term resistance to seawater, caustic solutions and cleaning agents
• Strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates without priming
• Exhibits no shrinkage or bubble formation during curing
• Does not sag or slump in joints up to 35mm
• Zero VOC
• Paintable

Uses

• Sealing expansion and control joints in tiled areas, concrete and masonry walls, window and door frame perimeters, external facades and cladding
• Sealing roof flashings
• In joint sealing applications where chemical resistance is required
• As a perimeter fillet beneath water-based waterproofing membranes
• Sealing expansion joints and window and door openings in insulated wall systems
