Do you deliver outside of Australia?

No. Unfortunately we only ship orders within Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes we do!

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No. At checkout you are able select a safe place to leave your order if you are not home.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on goods ordered and the postcode they are to be delivered to. Please visit for more details.

How long does delivery take?

Most online orders made during regular business times are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is dispatched it will take 2 – 7 working days depending on your location. Please visit for more details.

Do you offer Click & Collect

Yes! We offer a FREE Click & Collect service allowing customers to order goods online and collect goods from our store in Griffith NSW. Please visit for more details.

Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?

Yes. Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf provided they can present a copy of your order.

What are backorders?

If an item is backordered it means we don’t currently have stock in store but are still able to source it for you. These items may take up to 10 business days to arrive at our warehouse and will then have the usual delivery times added on to this. Please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to change based on the manufacturer's / supplier’s shipping times and availability.

Can I return my order?

Yes you can! Change of mind returns can be made instore or via post. Please visit for more details and conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Collier & Miller accepts most major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and bank transfers (direct deposit). PayPal is also available online and AfterPay is available instore and online.

NOTE: Direct deposits may take up to two business days to clear.

If you have a linked trading account with Collier & Miller, you are also able to charge to your account. All orders must be paid or charged to your trade account at the time of purchase. Unfortunately you will not be able to pay for online orders in-store.

Do I need to register before I place an order?

No, you do not need to register. You are able to checkout as a guest, however creating a login will help make your future ordering process easier. Benefits to registering as a user include creating favourites, repeating past orders, having a record of transactions for returns and tax purposes. Visit here to register

How do I track or view my orders?

To track your order, please contact us on 02 6969 4500 or use our contact form. Please have your order confirmation number handy as this will assist us in locating your order. Your order confirmation number can be found in your order confirmation email. All past orders are conveniently saved under your 'Order History' by date and invoice number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify an order after placing it, if the order has not been dispatched. Please call us on +61 2 6969 4500 during business hours Monday-Friday and have your order confirmation number on hand.

What if I can't find a product online?

If you are searching for a specific product but cannot find it online, please call us on 02 6969 4500 or email to make an enquiry or to place an order.

Can I use my gift card online?

No. Unfortunately at this time, gift cards can only be used in store.
