Castrol React Performance DOT 4 Brake Fluid 4L
Castrol React Performance DOT 4 is a high-boiling-point polyglycol type synthetic brake fluid designed to provide superior braking performance in a variety of vehicles, especially those operating at higher temperatures or under increased loads. It is suitable for use in all brake fluid systems in cars, motorcycles, and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) requiring either a DOT 3, DOT 4, or Super DOT 4 product. It is not suitable for use in brake systems where a mineral oil-based fluid is specified.
Formulated from mixed polyalkylene glycol ethers and borate esters alongside high-performance additives and inhibitors, this fluid delivers ultimate system protection against corrosion and high-temperature vapour lock. Castrol React Performance DOT 4 is ideal for extreme conditions such as continuous braking or stop-start driving in hilly terrain, high-performance vehicles, or racing conditions where extreme brake temperatures are generated.
This premium fluid is compatible with both disc and drum brake setups, including vehicles fitted with anti-lock braking systems (ABS), and is suitable for use in hydraulic clutch systems. While fully compatible with other fluids meeting FMVSS 116 DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 standards, avoid mixing to maintain its superior performance characteristics.
