This M14x1.25 thread repair kit c ontains 15 wire thread inserts , 2 applicators and a STI tap (oversized to suit OD of inser t). Simply tap out the hole (u se STI tap only, this tap is o versized to suit the OD of the insert, however retains the pitch of the original thread).Fit the insert onto the applicator and wind it in! Once inse rted be sure to break off the wire thread insert tang to all ow clearance through the whole insert.
