Boston Zinc Protection Range

Boston Zinc protection range includes Cold Galvanising Zinc, Silver Zinc, Black Zinc and Bright Gal.

This range offers long term corrosion protection for metal components requiring a permanent zinc-rich coating. Ideal for components that cannot be galvanised using a hot dip process. It can also be used to repair the surface of galvanised components that have been damaged or repaired prior to welding or other mechanical operations.

Boston Cold Galvanising Zinc combines the advantage of zinc galvanising technique and zinc-spray paint, providing reliable protection for metals. Meets specifications DOD-P-21046E, IS Specifications, ASTM A-780.

Boston Silver Zinc offers corrosion protection as well as an ideal colour match to newly galvanised metal Boston Black Zinc offers corrosion protection and will leave the surface and allowing for easy over coating when a dark colour is required Boston Bright Gal is a barrier type anti-corrosive silver paint designed to match the bright metallic finish of ‘Hot Dip’ galvanising. Bright Gal is ideal for use on its own or as top coat over Boston Cold Galvanising Zinc.

Application

Widely used for long-term protection of steel components and establishments such as iron, outdoor iron pipes, iron towers, steel frames, containers, bridges outdoor signs etc. Suitable for the repairing and protection of welding joints, rivet joints and zinc galvanising layers.
