Chain Detacher Breaker 

AS 25-60 (1/4"to 3/4"Pitch)


Manual chain breaker to disassemble side plates off roller chain. Designed to push the pin through the side plate for easy chain breaking.

Disassembly Sequence


  • Grind down top of chain pin level with side plate on both pins
  • Place jaws of tool over roller with tip centered on chain pin.
  • Turn handle clockwise until pin is through side plate
  • Do the same on the second pin until side plate is free from link
