A&I Products® Case-IH® Compatible Tailings Elevator Boot
Keep your combine's tailings return system in peak condition with this premium A&I Products® Case-IH® compatible tailings elevator boot. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for selected Case-IH® Axial-Flow combine harvesters, this heavy-duty boot replaces the complete OEM assembly, providing a durable solution for worn, rusted or damaged elevator housings.
The tailings elevator boot forms the lower section of the tailings return system, housing the lower sprocket and collecting material before it is conveyed back to the threshing system for reprocessing. Replacing a worn or damaged boot helps maintain efficient crop flow, reduces material losses and restores reliable operation during harvest.
Note: This replacement boot includes the main housing only. Inspection doors, covers, hardware and fasteners are not included and should be transferred from the existing assembly or purchased separately if required.

Expert Maintenance Review
Tailings elevator boots commonly wear from prolonged exposure to abrasive crop material, moisture and corrosion. Inspect the housing for rust perforation, worn chain tracks, damaged mounting flanges and excessive wear around the lower sprocket area. When replacing the boot, inspect the elevator chain, sprockets, bearings and seals to maximise the service life of the complete assembly.
Installation Tip
Before installing the new boot, thoroughly clean the mating surfaces and inspect the elevator chain alignment. Transfer any reusable inspection doors and hardware from the original assembly, replacing worn seals or fasteners where necessary to ensure the system remains dust and grain tight.
