Feeder House Chain Assembly - Black Pin

NON ROCK TRAP

C&M replacement complete feeder house chain assembly to suit the front feeder house on CASE-IH® later serial number 140 and all 150 mid series combine harvesters (non rock-trap). This is a set of three (3) replacement chains fiited with G350 electroplated 6mm roll-serrated u-bar slats with the same spacing as the CASE-IH® original chain. 

This complete chain assembly is supplied with connectors and half links for each strand. We supply these chains in Australia from premium grade black-pin chain and high performance roll-serrated 6mm U-Bar slats. We guarantee the quality of these unit, however we recommend you fit a new sprocket at the time of installation 

Fitment This chain assembly has the bar spacing of later model 140 and all 150 mid series combine harvesters. Later models were supplied with wider spacing (less bars) than the 130 Series and early 140 series machines.

Product Warranty

The Collier & Miller warranty complies with the Australian Consumer law, this warranty and does not limit or replace your right Australian Consumer Guarantee. Collier & Miller warrant that it will repair or replace (whichever it deems advisable) any product manufactured or imported by Collier & Miller which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period on one (1) from the date of the original purchase on the invoice. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties (except those of title), expressed or implied, and there are no warranties of fitness for the particular purpose. 

Conditions

1. The warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage or defect which is the result of alteration, accident , neglect, improper installation, operation or maintanance.
2. In no event shall Collier & Miller be liable for downtime expenses, loss of machine use, loss of crops, loss of profits, injury or damage arising from accident, direct or indirect loss, or other incidental, consequential or special damages.
3. Collier & Miller neither assumes or authorizes any other person to give any warranty or to assume any other obligation on its behalf

FEEDER HOUSE CHAINS ARE SUBJECT TO VARIABLE CONDITIONS. THESE INCLUDE FITMENT, SPROCKET CONDITION AND OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS. EACH CHAIN MUST BE FITTED TO EQUIPMENT THEY WERE DESIGNED FOR, FITTED WITH NEW SPROCKETS AND INSTALLED BY A SUITABLY QUALIFIED PERSON. WEAR OF CHAIN OR FAILURE DUE TO FOREIGN OBLECTS IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.

Process

In the event of a defect which may result in a warranty claim:

1. The Owner must provide the Collier & Miller with written notice of the defect within 14 days of its occurrence, and allow reasonable time for replacement or repair. 
2. At Collier & Miller’s request, the owner will ensure any failed parts are freighted to the Collier & Miller or other location advised by an authorised representative.
3. The Warranty is not transferable to any third party or subsequent purchaser.
