Case-IH® Compatible AFX Rotor Wearplate Bolt Protection Shield
Protect the mounting hardware on your Case-IH® AFX rotor wear bars with this quality aftermarket rotor wearplate bolt protection shield. Designed to fit over the wear bar bolt head, the shield provides a sacrificial barrier against high-velocity crop material and abrasive wear inside the rotor, helping protect the fastener from premature wear and damage.
The recessed steel construction shields the bolt head while maintaining a compact profile around the wearplate mounting point. It also helps reduce material and debris packing around the fastener, making this a practical replacement component when repairing or maintaining AFX rotor wear bars on compatible Case-IH® combine harvesters.

The C&M Difference
This is a quality aftermarket replacement selected by Collier & Miller for correct interchangeability with the referenced OEM component. C&M checks aftermarket parts for fitment and cross-reference accuracy to provide a practical balance of fit, performance and value.
Expert Maintenance Review
Rotor wear bars operate in a high-wear area where crop material continually passes over the wear surface and mounting hardware. Once a bolt head becomes exposed to this flow, abrasive crop material can progressively wear the head and make future removal more difficult. Missing, worn or damaged protection shields should be replaced before substantial fastener wear develops.
Recommended Maintenance Check
When inspecting or replacing AFX rotor wear bars, check every bolt protection shield at the same time. Also inspect the bolt heads, wear bars and surrounding mounting areas for excessive wear, distortion or material build-up. Replacing damaged shields before the bolt heads become heavily worn can make later wear bar servicing easier.
Installation Tip
Clean accumulated crop material and debris from around the wearplate mounting point before installation. Confirm the shield sits correctly over the bolt head and does not interfere with the wear bar seating surface. Check the associated fastener for excessive head wear or damage before reassembly and replace worn hardware where required.
