CASE-IH® Compatible Rotary Screen Tensioner Pulley – Steel Upgrade
C&M made in Australia steel rotary screen tensioner pulley to suit selected CASE-IH® combine harvesters. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade for the original plastic pulley, the C&M version replaces a wear-prone, non-repairable component with a durable machined steel pulley featuring a replaceable bearing.
Please note: this product is the pulley only, not the complete tensioner assembly. The existing tensioner arm is designed to be reused, provided it is still in serviceable condition.
Once the bearing wears in the original plastic pulley, the complete pulley must normally be replaced. The C&M design is fully serviceable, allowing the bearing to be replaced independently while the steel pulley is retained. This provides a longer-life, repairable solution for ongoing rotary screen maintenance.

Why Upgrade to the C&M Steel Pulley?
The original plastic tensioner pulley is a non-repairable component. As the pulley and bearing wear, the complete pulley must be discarded and replaced. C&M developed this steel version as a more durable and serviceable alternative.
The machined steel pulley provides a stronger running surface, while the replaceable bearing changes the pulley from a disposable component into a repairable one. When the bearing eventually wears, it can be replaced separately rather than purchasing another complete pulley.
The C&M Difference
This pulley is manufactured by C&M in Griffith, NSW as a practical upgrade to the original design. Rather than simply reproducing the plastic component, the C&M version uses steel construction and a replaceable bearing to provide a longer-life, serviceable solution for the rotary screen tensioner system.
Expert Maintenance Review
A worn tensioner pulley can develop bearing play, rough rotation or increased movement at the rotary screen drive belt. During pre-season servicing, rotate the pulley by hand and check for roughness, noise, side movement or visible wear on the pulley running surface.
Also inspect the tensioner arm, pivot and rotary screen drive belt while the pulley is removed. A worn arm or damaged belt can place additional load on the replacement pulley and bearing.
Important Fitment Note:
This product is the replacement pulley only. It does not include the complete tensioner assembly or tensioner arm. Reuse the existing tensioner arm if it remains in good serviceable condition.
Repairable Upgrade:
Unlike the original non-repairable plastic pulley, the C&M steel pulley uses a replaceable bearing. When the bearing eventually reaches the end of its service life, replace the bearing and reuse the pulley rather than replacing the complete component.
Installation Tip
Remove the original pulley from the existing tensioner arm and inspect the arm, pivot and mounting hardware for wear before fitting the C&M steel replacement. The tensioner arm can be reused where serviceable. Once assembled, confirm the pulley rotates freely, is correctly aligned with the rotary screen drive belt and that the tensioner moves through its full range without binding.
