Case-IH® Compatible Extended Wear Bubble Up Auger
Replace your grain tank loading auger with this premium C&M Australian-made extended wear bubble up auger. Specifically engineered for Case-IH® Flagship combine harvesters, this high-performance component is built to outperform standard units in high-capacity harvesting environments.
Manufactured in our Griffith factory from 6mm EH400 steel, each auger is dynamically balanced prior to delivery to ensure smooth operation and reduced vibration. To further increase service life, the 19-tooth drive spline is precision induction-hardened, providing a high-strength connection that resists the stripping and wear common in standard augers.

Expert Maintenance Review
The bubble up auger is the final stage of grain delivery into the tank. Due to the vertical lift required, the flighting edges are subject to intense abrasion, which eventually reduces the auger's effective diameter and slows unloading speed. We recommend inspecting the flighting thickness at the intake end during your annual preventative maintenance check.
Upgrading to an EH400 6mm auger provides a much denser wear surface than original equipment. The precision-hardened 19-tooth spline is a critical reinforcement, as it prevents the drive coupling from rounding out under full grain tank loads. This keeps your grain handling system in top condition and ensures a longer service life for the entire vertical drive assembly.
Installation Tip: Check the Gearbox Oil
When installing a new bubble up auger, always check the oil level and seals on the grain tank loading gearbox. An unbalanced or worn auger can damage gearbox seals; replacing the auger with a dynamically balanced unit is the perfect time to ensure the drive system is fully lubricated and ready for the season.
