Fendt® Compatible ActiveSpread™ Rotor Repair Kit
C&M made in Australia repair kit for worn Left Hand and Right Hand ActiveSpread™ rotor vanes on Fendt® IDEAL™ 7, 8, 9 and 10 combine harvesters.
The tips of the ActiveSpread™ rotor vanes can wear through during normal operation. Rather than replacing the complete rotor, this kit fits a preformed 3mm 304 stainless steel repair plate over the existing vane to restore the worn area and provide increased wear resistance.

Manufactured by C&M at our Griffith, NSW engineering facility, this repair kit provides a practical way to rebuild worn ActiveSpread™ rotor vanes. The 3mm 304 stainless steel plates reinforce the high-wear tip area while allowing the original rotor assembly to remain in service.
Expert Maintenance Review
Inspect both spreader rotors for thinning or wear at the vane tips before harvest. Repairing worn areas before the vane is extensively damaged helps retain the original vane structure and provides a sound mounting surface for the stainless steel repair plate.
Installation Tip
Slide the preformed repair plate over the existing vane and position it firmly against the worn section. Using the plate as a guide, drill the two mounting holes through the existing vane, then secure it with the supplied M8 x 25mm Class 10.9 bolts, flat washers and nyloc nuts. Check clearance and rotor rotation before returning the machine to service.
