Fendt® Compatible IDEAL™ Rotor Finger
C&M made in Australia rotor finger to suit single and dual helix rotors on selected Fendt® IDEAL™ combine harvesters. Designed and manufactured at our Griffith, NSW engineering facility, this rotor finger is a direct-fit replacement for OEM part number ACX0060900.
Manufactured from Grade 250, 6mm plate with an electroplated finish, the finger is designed with material thickness and hardness similar to the original component. This allows the finger to provide the required deflection during operation, helping reduce the risk of damage being transferred into the rotor finger mounting area.

The C&M Difference
This rotor finger is manufactured by C&M in Griffith, NSW and developed as a direct-fit replacement for the original component. Rather than simply increasing plate thickness, the material specification has been selected to retain the required amount of flex in the finger during operation.
Maintaining suitable deflection is important in this application because an excessively rigid finger can transfer impact loads into the mounting area rather than allowing the finger itself to move under load.
Expert Maintenance Review
Rotor fingers operate directly in the crop-processing area and should be inspected regularly for bending, excessive wear, cracking around the mounting hole and damage to the fasteners or finger mounts.
If one finger has been damaged by a foreign object or heavy crop load, inspect the neighbouring fingers and mounting points at the same time. Uneven or bent fingers can affect the working profile of the rotor and may indicate that adjoining components have also been subjected to impact.
Installation Tip
Fasteners are not supplied with the rotor finger. Use an M10 x 25 Class 8.8 carriage bolt with an M10 serrated flange nut. Check the rotor finger mounting surface for distortion or elongation before installation and make sure the replacement finger sits correctly against the mount before tightening.
