Fendt® Compatible Dual Rotor Input Wear Plate – IDEAL™ Combine Harvesters
C&M made in Australia stainless steel dual rotor input wear plate to suit selected Fendt® IDEAL™ combine harvesters. Designed for the rotor inlet area, this single replacement plate replaces the two-piece OEM arrangement covered by Fendt® part numbers ACX2299640 and ACX229804B.
Manufactured from 304 N4 stainless steel at our Griffith, NSW engineering facility, this wear plate is designed as a direct-fit replacement for the original components. Development was carried out in collaboration with a Fendt® dealer, with fitment checked to provide a practical replacement for worn rotor inlet plates.
The stainless steel construction provides increased resistance to crop abrasion and wear in this high-flow area of the combine, helping protect the rotor inlet structure and support reliable crop flow.

The C&M Difference
This part is manufactured by C&M in Griffith, NSW. Our Australian-made replacement parts are developed from the original application with critical dimensions, material and fitment checked before the part is recommended for use. The result is a practical direct-fit component designed to make replacement straightforward while providing a durable wear surface.
Expert Maintenance Review
The rotor input area is exposed to a continuous flow of crop material, making the wear plates a regular inspection point during pre-season servicing. Check the plate for thinning, worn edges, distortion or areas where material has started wearing through.
When replacing the wear plate, also inspect the adjoining rotor inlet components and mounting points for accumulated wear. Repairing heavily worn surrounding components before fitting the new plate will help ensure the replacement sits correctly and maintains the intended crop-flow path.
Installation Tip
Before removing the existing plates, note their installed position and inspect the mounting surfaces for distortion or built-up material. Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly and loosely fit all fasteners before final tightening so the new single-piece plate can align naturally with the rotor inlet structure.
