Technical Overview
Rotor Position 1 is the first point of contact between the incoming crop and the threshing system. These elements receive the highest impact loading and play an important role in establishing efficient crop flow into the rotor and concave area. Replacing worn threshing elements helps maintain consistent threshing performance and efficient crop processing.
This kit features a fully rifled 9-tooth chrome threshing element with a continuous working surface for consistent crop engagement. The replaceable chrome wear element provides exceptional wear resistance while allowing future replacement of the wear component without replacing the complete assembly. Installation Tip
Always replace Position 1 threshing elements as a complete set of three to maintain correct rotor balance and consistent threshing performance. Before installation, inspect the mounting bases, clean all mating surfaces and tighten fasteners to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.
