John Deere® Compatible 9-Tooth Chrome Threshing Element Kit
Enhance the threshing efficiency of your rotor with this premium aftermarket 9-tooth chrome threshing element kit. Specifically engineered for Position #1 on Tristream™ (Bullet™) rotors, this high-performance kit is designed for popular John Deere® STS and S-Series combine harvesters.
Each kit contains three (3) heavy-duty bases and three (3) 9-tooth chrome elements. These elements feature a precision-hardened, replaceable threshing surface designed to withstand the high-impact environment of the initial threshing stage. This extended wear solution provides a longer service life, keeping your rotor in top condition during high-capacity harvesting.

Expert Maintenance Review
The threshing elements in Position #1 are the first point of contact for crop entering the rotor and are subject to the most intense wear. Once the teeth on these elements round off, the rotor loses its ability to aggressively separate grain from the straw mat, increasing rotor loss and fuel consumption. We recommend inspecting the "wear " of the chrome teeth during every preventative maintenance check.
Upgrading to this chrome kit is a high-performance choice. The 9-tooth profile maintains its aggressive threshing edge much longer than standard elements, ensuring your machine stays in top condition. Because the threshing surfaces are removable from the mounts, future maintenance is more cost-effective and faster to perform mid-season.
Installation Tip: Rotor Balance
When installing new threshing elements, always replace them as a complete set of three to maintain rotor balance. An unbalanced rotor can cause harmonic vibrations that lead to premature bearing failure and structural cracking. Ensure all base-to-rotor mounting surfaces are clean to achieve a high-strength, flush fitment.
