John Deere® Compatible Straw Chopper Blade Inner Bushing – Pack of 25
Quality aftermarket straw chopper blade inner bushings to suit selected John Deere® S Series, S7 Series and X9 combine harvesters. These replacement bushes fit the pivot mounting of the left-hand and right-hand winged chopper blades and are supplied in a convenient pack of 25 for chopper blade maintenance and replacement.
The inner bush works together with the matching HXE59496 outer bushing to support the chopper blade mounting assembly. Both bushes should be inspected whenever chopper blades are changed, as wear in either component can allow unwanted movement at the blade pivot.

Matching Outer Bushing
This inner bush is fitted together with the matching HXE59496 outer bushing. Inspect both components when replacing chopper blades and replace worn bushes together where required to restore the correct fit at the blade pivot.
The C&M Difference
C&M quality aftermarket parts are selected as practical direct-fit replacements for the original component. Cross-reference and machine fitment information is checked to provide a reliable replacement option for John Deere® combine maintenance.
Expert Maintenance Review
Straw chopper blade bushes operate in a high-vibration area and can wear as the blades pivot during operation. When servicing the chopper, inspect the inner bush for excessive clearance, ovality, cracking or wear around the mounting bolt. Also check the matching outer bush and mounting hardware before fitting new blades.
Recommended Maintenance Upgrade:
When replacing straw chopper blades, inspect both HXE15909 inner bushes and HXE59496 outer bushes. Replacing worn bushings at the same time helps restore the correct blade pivot fit rather than fitting new blades onto worn mounting components.
Installation Tip
Make sure the inner and outer bushes seat correctly through the chopper blade before installing the mounting bolt. Check the bolt and adjoining components for wear, then confirm the blade is correctly retained and able to pivot as intended after assembly.
