Ziegler Harvesting Left Hand Vertical Canola Knife to suit Swather or Harvester fronts.

The canola side knife has the purpose to separate the intermingled branches of the canola plant. For this purpose, it must be vertically mounted to the lateral sides of the harvester header as an additional aggregate.By installing the vertical knives onto the fronts prevents wrapping and lets you maximise yields by reducing product losses.  

Mounting
The canola side knife is available for mounting on both left and right side of the harvester header. The device should always be mounted so that the crankshafts are operated in exterior position.  The unit drives from the return line of the hydraulic reel drive, or directly from the Tractor hydraulics if fitted to a PTO Swather.
