Metric Compression Fittings range is UV stabilised, making them suitable for use in harsh sunlight. Metric compression fittings are the ideal connection for PE metric pipe made in accordance to AS/NZS 4129 and they are WaterMark Approved to have a 50 year design life.
The o’ring sits in a relaxed state when the fitting is not engaged to allow less friction upon insertion, which means the nuts do not need to be removed to insert the pipe. The two stage seal means the o’ring is pushed into a second stage of the body to increase seal ability.
