SMC (3-Way 2-Position) Toggle Valve - Single Action

SMC VM400 series is a compact toggle actuated 3-way x 2-position mechanical valve. Ports are located on the side of the valve and allow the exhaust port is threaded to allow for noise countermeasures.

The valve is used to fill a cylinder, and also to exhaust it afterwards, so that a new working stroke can be realized. Therefore, a valve with two ports would not be adequate. Venting requires a third port.
