New Holland® Compatible Feeder House Sprocket Set for CR Series Combines
Maintain accurate feeder house chain operation with this C&M made in Australia feeder house sprocket set. Designed for selected New Holland® CR Series combine harvesters, these direct-fit sprockets replace OEM part number 51413212 and are supplied as a correctly timed, model-specific set.
Unlike the cast material commonly used for OEM-style sprockets, each C&M sprocket is CNC machined from a solid billet of grade 1045 steel. This construction provides increased resistance to tooth wear, impact loading and deformation, helping deliver improved durability and service life.
2026 Upgraded Tooth Profile
The updated 2026 design includes a specialised relief cut at the base of each sprocket tooth. This gives straw, chaff and crop debris a path to escape rather than compacting between the feeder chain roller and the tooth profile.
Improved debris clearance helps the chain seat more consistently and can reduce the risk of chain jump and uneven loading in heavy crop conditions.

The C&M Difference
C&M sprockets are machined from solid grade 1045 steel to provide increased resistance to tooth deformation, shock loading and abrasive wear compared with typical cast sprockets.

Inspect the existing sprockets for hooked teeth, uneven wear, damaged hex bores and movement on the shaft. Also check the feeder chains for elongation and inspect the rollers, slats, bearings, front shaft and tensioning components.
Installing new sprockets against heavily elongated chains can accelerate tooth wear. Replace worn feeder chains as a matched pair and keep the relief areas around the sprocket teeth clear of compacted crop material.
Installation Tip: Maintain Sprocket Timing
Install each sprocket in its designated timed position and do not interchange sprockets within the supplied set. Confirm that the teeth align evenly across the feeder house shaft, then rotate the assembly by hand to check chain engagement and tracking before operating the combine.
