Case-IH® Compatible Auger Bed Bearing Block (Long-Life Oilon)
Upgrade your grain bed auger support with this premium C&M Australian-made Oilon bearing block. Specifically engineered for Case-IH® Axial-Flow combine harvesters, this long-life polymer block offers a high-performance alternative to traditional wooden bearings, providing a high-strength support solution for your cleaning system.
Manufactured in our Griffith factory from high-grade Yellow Oilon (oil-lubricated cast nylon), this bearing block provides significantly lower friction and rot resistance. Mounted to the front support frame, these blocks support both right-hand and left-hand bed augers. The self-lubricating properties of the Oilon polymer ensure an extended wear life and "no-rot" performance in harsh harvest conditions.

Expert Maintenance Review
The auger bed bearing blocks are critical for maintaining the alignment of the bed augers. Standard wooden blocks are prone to rotting and splitting, which allows the auger shafts to vibrate and wear prematurely. We recommend inspecting these blocks for internal diameter wear during every preventative maintenance check.
Upgrading to Yellow Oilon is a high-performance choice that maintains its profile and lubricating properties for a significantly longer service life. This extended wear solution keeps your bed augers running smoothly, preventing shaft damage and ensuring your cleaning system remains in top condition throughout the harvest.
Pro Tip: Check Your Shafts
When installing new Oilon bearing blocks, always inspect the bed auger shafts for scoring or thinning. If a previous wooden block has failed, it may have damaged the shaft surface. A smooth shaft working in tandem with a self-lubricating Oilon block provides the ultimate high-strength drive setup for your cleaning system.
