John Deere® Compatible Straw Chopper Blade Outer Bushing – Pack of 25
Quality aftermarket straw chopper blade outer bushings to suit selected John Deere® S Series, S7 Series and X9 combine harvesters. These replacement bushings fit the pivot mounting of the left-hand and right-hand winged chopper blades and are supplied in a convenient pack of 25.
The outer bushing works together with the matching inner bushing to support the chopper blade mounting bolt. Bushings should be inspected whenever chopper blades are replaced, as worn bushes can allow unwanted blade movement and affect the fit of the blade mounting assembly.

The C&M Difference
C&M quality aftermarket parts are selected as practical direct-fit replacements for the original component. Cross-reference and machine fitment information is checked to help provide a reliable replacement option without implying genuine John Deere® manufacture.
Expert Maintenance Review
Chopper blade bushings operate at each blade pivot and are subject to repeated movement and vibration. When changing chopper blades, check the inner and outer bushes for ovality, excessive clearance, cracking or wear around the mounting bolt. Worn bushings can allow additional movement at the blade mounting point and should be replaced before fitting new blades.
Recommended Maintenance Upgrade:
When replacing straw chopper blades, inspect and replace worn HXE59496 outer bushes and HXE15909 inner bushes at the same time. This helps restore the correct fit at the blade pivot rather than installing new blades onto worn mounting components.
Installation Tip
Check that the inner and outer bushings seat correctly through the chopper blade before installing the 10mm mounting bolt. Inspect the bolt for wear and confirm the blade pivots correctly after tightening. Replace damaged or excessively worn mounting hardware rather than reusing it with new bushes.
