Flagship 120, 230 & 240 Series Feeder House Sprocket
C&M aftermarket feeder house sprocket to fit Case-IH® 120, 230 & 240 series combine harvesters. This is an Australian made feeder house sprocket that fits the feeder house where no rock-trap is fitted. (Does not include radial pin clutch).
Manuctured as a single piece tube assembly that has 4 x 15 Tooth sprockets machined from grade 1045 steel welded to a central tube and fitted with a spline drive one end and threaded on the other. The sprocket will fit existing Case-IH® combine harvesters as the spline drive is matched to the OEM Case-IH® spline size and dimensions. All components are Australian made with manufacturing being completed in our factory.
* Sprocket does not include a radial pin clutch. Not recommended where rocks are present. Part Numbers

SPROCKET DRIVE SPLINE AND BUSH SERVICE LIFE IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY INSTALLATION. ACCURATE GEARBOX OUTPUT SHAFT ALIGNMENT PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CNH RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ENSURE OPTIMUM SERVICE LIFE.
DAMAGE AND WEAR OF THE SPLINED BUSH AND SPLINED SHAFT IS DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH INCORRECT ALIGNMENT OF THE GEARBOX AND FEEDER CHAIN TOP SPROCKET DURING INSTALLATION AND/OR OPERATION. ANY DAMAGE AND WEAR ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PARTS WILL BE CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR, TEAR OR AN INSTALLATION/OPERATION ISSUE AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY.

Warranty Policy
Collier & Miller’s warranty complies with the Australian Consumer Law, this warranty and does not limit or replace your right Australian Consumer Guarantee. Collier & Miller warrants to the purchaser, that each material and workmanship for 12 months after delivery and installation.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties (except those of title), expressed or implied, and there are no warranties of fitness for the particular purpose. In no event shall Collier & Miller be liable for downtime expenses, loss of machine use, loss of crops, loss of profits, injury or damage arising from accident, direct or indirect loss, or other incidental, consequential or special damages.
Conditions of warranty
SPROCKET DRIVE SPLINE AND HUB SERVICE LIFE IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY INSTALLATION. ACCURATE GEARBOX OUTPUT SHAFT ALIGNMENT PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CNH RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ENSURE OPTIMUM SERVICE LIFE. WEAR OF THE SPLINED HUB AND SHAFT IS DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE MISALIGNMENT OF THE GEARBOX AND FEEDER CHAIN TOP SPROCKET DURING INSTALLATION AND/OR OPERATION. ANY WEAR ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PARTS WILL BE CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR, TEAR OR AN INSTALLATION/OPERATION ISSUE AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY. |
Process
In the event of a defect which may result in a warranty claim:
- The Owner must provide the Collier & Miller with written notice of the defect within 14 days of its occurrence, and allow reasonable time for replacement or repair.
- At Collier & Miller’s request, the owner will ensure any failed parts are freighted to the Collier & Miller factory or other location advised by a Collier & Miller authorised representative.
- The Warranty is not transferable to any third party or subsequent purchaser.
- Components and conditions not covered by warranty include: Spline drive shaft and splined hub (This is a wear part and subject to installation and operational variables)
