John Deere® Compatible Hardened Threshing Tine Kit
Enhance the separation efficiency of your threshing system with this premium aftermarket hardened threshing tine kit. Specifically engineered for John Deere® STS and S-Series combine harvesters fitted with Bullet™ or Tri-Stream™ rotors, these tines provide the final threshing action required to loosen material effectively before discharge.
Each kit contains three (3) extended wear tines designed to be mounted to the rear of the cylinder bar. By utilizing a precision hardening process, these tines offer superior abrasion resistance, ensuring they maintain their aggressive profile even when processing high-volume or "green" crop mats, keeping your rotor in top condition.

Expert Maintenance Review
The threshing tines are a critical wear point at the rear of the threshing section. As these tines wear down, they lose the ability to effectively "stir" the crop mat, which can lead to grain being trapped in the straw and discharged out the back of the rotor. We recommend inspecting the length and profile of these tines during every preventative maintenance check to ensure you aren't losing profit through rotor loss.
Replacing worn tines with this hardened set is a high-strength choice that significantly extends the service life of your rotor's separation zone. Maintaining sharp, full-length tines ensures a high-performance threshing action, allowing for higher ground speeds and improved grain samples in difficult conditions.
Installation Tip: Rotor Balance
When installing new threshing tines, it is vital to replace them in complete sets (3 per mount) to maintain rotor balance. Ensure that the mounting surfaces on the cylinder bars are free of old crop residue to achieve a flush, high-strength fit. Correct installation prevents harmonic vibration and protects your rotor bearings from premature wear.
