Technical Overview
Position 1 threshing elements are subjected to the highest impact loads as crop material enters the rotor. As these components wear, threshing efficiency and crop transition into the concave area can be affected. Replacing worn elements helps restore consistent rotor performance and maintain efficient crop processing.
This kit features the interrupter-style threshing element, incorporating a raised cross-member that interrupts the rifled working surface to increase crop disturbance during the initial stages of threshing. Installation Tip
Always replace all three Position 1 threshing elements together to maintain correct rotor balance and consistent threshing performance. Mixing new elements with heavily worn components can contribute to uneven crop flow, increased vibration and accelerated wear.
Before installation, inspect the rotor mounting surfaces, remove any corrosion or debris, and tighten all mounting hardware to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.
