Position 2 threshing elements continue the threshing process after the crop enters the rotor. These components are subjected to constant abrasion and impact as crop material progresses through the rotor cone. Installation Tip

Selecting the Correct Element

Some machines may use a combination of fully rifled and interrupter-style elements. The number and position of each element should be selected according to the machine model, crop conditions and the required harvesting outcome.

Important Setup Note

Threshing performance is influenced by the complete machine setup, not the threshing element alone. Rotor speed, concave clearance, concave configuration, crop moisture and machine loading should all be checked before changing element configurations.

Machine adjustments should be made gradually while monitoring grain cracking, unthreshed heads, rotor losses, broken straw, fines and cleaning-system performance.
